I know it is a while ago that you helped us move from London to Winchester on 31st July, but I am still knee deep in unpacking boxes and sorting out hence the long delay in dropping you an email. I wanted to thank you for a very professional, stress free move, with personal friendly service. Kieran, Raymond and Cliff went out of their way to make everything as easy and pleasant for us, and indeed they were a joy to have around. Cliff even revived our grandfather clock which was a surprise and added benefit to the whole move. I would heartily recommend this trio to any body.

Last week my fiancé and I moved from Disraeli Road in Putney to Windsor Road in Kew. We chose to use Crispins after the company helped my fiancé move into Putney 18 months ago. The reason for the letter is that both Rebecca and I want to express how impressed we were with Matthew and his team. From the moment the team arrived their professionalism was second to none. After a quick look round Matthew had his team loading the lorry extremely quickly whilst still making sure to be careful with our boxes and furniture. I was amazed at how quickly the flat was emptied and the team was ready to go to Kew. Due to a delay with our completion the team we made to wait around for quite a long period of time yet at know time did they show any signs of this being a problem. Matthew recognized the stressful situation we were in and was a welcome calming influence. Once we finally received the keys the team were fast and efficient at unloading, and all of the furniture and items ended up in the right places where we had asked them to be put. Throughout the whole day the team was polite, enthusiastic and extremely efficient. The team is truly a great asset to your company and due to the high level of service we received I would happily recommend Crispin’s in the future.
